- Starting from the date of completed installation, we guarantee that all tile installation work we have provided has been completed in accordance with the requirements of our specifications, the contract documents and is free from defect of workmanship.
- We agree to repair or replace our work if it becomes defective during the term of 12 months following the date of completed installation.
- Our warranty is valid until the date specified (on your certificate) but will be void, prior to its expiration if:
- Another company performs tile services on anything installed by Tile Plus.
- There is damage through misuse, abuse or neglect.
